Apple Auto is the best and most cost efficient auto repair and maintenance shop ever. I kind of do not want to tell people how great they are and keep it to myself, but the world deserves to know. Their services are bar none. They take detailed pictures of the problem in their diagnostics, so you see exactly what they are going to fix and why. They are thorough and honest. Vince is gem; he is knowledgable and does not stop until the job is done. With Rich at the helm, everything is so seamless, and his expertise is evident as well. All the mechanics are phenomenal and great humans, and I am not exaggerating. I literally left my car before work and before they even opened, called hours later, and they knew exactly what to do. I also tell them what my needs are, they inform me of the pros and cons of the work and once agreed to, they proceed to get the job done. For instance, I needed my AC fixed. However, it was an expensive repair, and I was being frugal, so I did not want to fix my A/C because my car is older. Rich told me it would not be a good idea to leave it broken as I would probably melt (My words, not his). I disagreed, then it was 10 million degrees a day later, and, voila, I was in for the A/C. Best decision I ever made (Rich was right). The car ended up coming out better than it went in. If you are scarred from other experiences with other mechanics, you should try Apple Auto. I dare you. Just try them once, and you, too, will be a believer. The work with your budget as much a possible. They are a business, and they need to feed their families just like me and you. That being said, their prices are reasonable for the work being done. Also, if they can not do something, in my case autobody and paint jobs, they can refer you others who will be able to meet your needs. By the way, I am not being paid for this review. I do not need to be anyway because they are awesome. The most competent and hard working mechanics in NYC, for sure. What are you waiting for? Go now to Apple Auto and Truck Care. You will not regret it.
